Yes. Cancel from your account and keep Pro until the end of your billing period, then move to Free — your data stays intact. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens to my record if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep full access to your wins, goals, and learning on Free; only Pro-only features (unlimited AI capture, the goal & learning coach, premium exports, and custom rubrics) become unavailable.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. You only enter payment details if and when you choose to upgrade to Pro.
Who handles payment?
Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record. Invoices and your payment method live in their customer portal, reachable from your Billing page.
