Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cookd Pro is a simple, no-lock-in subscription. Here's exactly what happens when you cancel, and how refunds work.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel Cookd Pro whenever you like from the Billing page in your account. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contract.
- When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period — you won’t lose features you’ve already paid for.
- After that period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays intact; only Pro-only features become unavailable.
- Changed your mind? You can resume your subscription before it expires to stay on Pro without interruption.
What happens to your data
Cancelling never deletes your wins or documents. On the Free plan you keep full access to your record; the difference is in Pro-only capabilities (such as unlimited AI generations, premium PDF and formatted exports, and custom promotion rubrics). See Pricing for the full breakdown.
Refunds
If Cookd Pro isn’t right for you, we offer a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request one, email support@eastbase.studiofrom the address on your account and we’ll take care of it.
- Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method.
- Renewal charges (after the first period) are generally non-refundable, but reach out — if something went wrong, we’ll make it right.
- We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the product or this policy.
Payment processor
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for Cookd. Your invoices, payment method, and billing history are also available through their customer portal, which you can reach from the Billing page.
